How do I collect reward points?

Every time you shop with us, you're not just getting quality products at great prices; you're also collecting points that you can use of your next shop. For every £1 spent you will gain 1 point. 

 How can I see how many points I have?

You are able to check how many points you currently have by logging into your account and clicking on “your reward points”.

 How can I gain extra points?

Extra points can be gained throughout the year, for example, by signing up to our newsletter, leaving a product review, following us on social media and during special events. 

 How do I spend my points?

Points can be used at the checkout to make a partial payment towards the total amount of your order. You can simply enter the number of points you wish to spend and click on submit. The new total will be calculated.

 How much are my points worth?

100 points are worth £3.30.

Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Rewards Points offered by eCigs-Direct ("Company") to its customers ("Customers"). By participating in the Program, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility:

Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the country where the Program is offered and who are at least 18 years of age.

2. Enrollment:

Customers will automatically be enrolled in the Program by signing up through ecigs-direct.com

3. Earning Points:

Customers earn points ("Points") for qualifying purchases made on order as ecigs-direct.com. 

Reward points cannot be gained on postage.

Points may also be earned through specified actions such as referring friends, completing reviews, or engaging with the Company's social media channels. A maximum  of 5 points per month can be gained by leaving a product review.

The earning rate and eligibility criteria for Points may vary and will be determined by the Company at its discretion.

Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

You cannot redeem points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are not redeemable for cash. 

Any products purchased using points can only be replaced and cannot be refunded for cash. 

4. Point Expiry:

Points may expire after a specified period of inactivity, as determined by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to expire Points or adjust expiration periods at its discretion.

5. Redemption:

Customers may redeem accumulated Points for rewards offered by the Company, subject to availability and any redemption restrictions.

The Company reserves the right to change the rewards, redemption options, and Point values at any time without prior notice. Reward points cannot be gained during money off promotion events unless otherwise stated.

6. Point Transfers:

Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or gifted except as expressly permitted by the Company.

7. Account Termination:

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a customer’s participation in the Program if the Customer violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or abuses the Program in any way.

8. Modifications:

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or other Program communication channels.

9. Limitation of Liability:

The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or related to the Program, including without limitation, any errors or omissions in the administration of the Program, or any technical malfunctions or failures.
