Terms & Conditions
- You must be over 18 years old to buy from this website.
- Age checks are required at the checkout for new customers after the payment has been completed. If verification cannot be made automatically, we will request a copy of an official ID to manually verify your age, This only needs to be completed once. All IDs' will be removed after verification from our system. Failure to complete age verification within 48 hours will mean your order will be cancelled and a full refund made. eCigs-Direct is not responsible for any delays this may cause, and refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear back in your account.
- Any coupons are 1 per customer/household, unless stated otherwise.
- That is not always possible, but we currently have that ability on 98% of all orders placed in the last 2 months.
- Once products are purchased, they should only be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery details at the time of ordering. If details are entered incorrectly and delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods. If you notice you have entered the incorrect details, please contact us immediately.
- Vape products may contain nicotine, which is addictive and should only be used by persons aged 18 and older. They are not medical devices and make no claim to aid anyone in the cessation of smoking real tobacco. They are not recommended for persons who are allergic/sensitive to nicotine, including pregnant women and those with heart conditions. Keep out of reach of children.
- All orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday are posted via Royal Mail delivery service unless out of stock or during busy/promotional periods, when orders will be sent ASAP. Please note we cannot dispatch on UK bank holidays, and your order will be sent the next working day. More information can be found on our delivery information.
- All prices shown include VAT unless you are based in the EU.
- Points now can be collected on orders during certain periods, more information including the terms and conditions can here found here.
- EU customers will pay the VAT on imports (at the country's rate) and any customs fees. The maximum value we will send to the EU is 120 GBP. eCigs-Direct is not responsible for these fees. We cannot send to the US or the Netherlands. We are unable to send batteries abroad due to the courier's terms and conditions.
- Reward points can be collected on all purchases, except during promotional periods, where they will be disabled until after the event. More information on reward points can be found here.
- If you are not happy with the products or have concerns, please get in touch. We will do our best at all times to resolve the issue.
- As a fallback you can contact Paypal or Opayo as appropriate if you believe we have not acted fairly or properly.

- We supply the UK and EU.
- In order for us to comply with the GDPR we need your consent to hold your personal details, such as name, address & contact information. By placing an order with eCigs-Direct you are giving your consent to us holding these details.

Payment
Payment is made either by PayPal or Opayo at the checkout before any goods are released. Please note that we cannot accept payments from EU customers when using PayPal; please select card.

Account Closures
1. Customer-Initiated Account Closure
1.1 Customers may request to close their account at any time by submitting a request via email or through the contact page.1.2 Any pending orders, returns, or outstanding balances must be resolved prior to closure.
1.3 Digital records such as past invoices and receipts may remain available for statutory or accounting purposes, but will no longer be accessible through the Customer’s account.
1.4 Once an account is closed, access to saved preferences, order history, loyalty points, or gift card balances may be permanently lost, as outlined below.
2. Shop-Initiated Account Closure
We reserve the right to suspend or close a Customer’s account under the following circumstances:
2.1 Breach of Terms: If the Customer violates these Terms & Conditions, including misuse of promotions, abusive behavior toward staff, or fraudulent activities.
2.2 Fraud or Misuse: Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, payment disputes, chargebacks, or unauthorized account use.
2.3 Non-Compliance: If the Customer engages in conduct that harms our reputation, operations, or other customers’ experience.
2.4 Legal or Regulatory Requirement: Where closure is necessary to comply with law, court orders, or regulatory requests.
2.5 Inactivity: If the account remains inactive for [e.g., 24 months], subject to prior notice.
3. Loyalty Points, Rewards, and Credits
3.1 All accumulated loyalty points, promotional credits, or rewards associated with the Customer’s account will automatically expire upon account closure, whether initiated by the Customer or the Shop.
3.2 Loyalty points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, refunds, or credits outside of the program’s terms.
3.3 Any active rewards or offers not redeemed before account closure will be permanently forfeited.
3.4 If account closure is initiated by eCigs-Direct due to fraud, misuse, or breach of terms, all loyalty points and rewards may be immediately revoked without compensation.
3.5 In cases where closure is required by law or for reasons beyond either party’s control, handling of rewards will be subject to applicable regulations.
4. Effect of Account Closure
4.1 The Customer will lose access to their account, including saved details, wishlists, loyalty rewards, or promotional credits.
4.2 Any outstanding orders will be fulfilled, refunded, or canceled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
4.3 eCigs-Direct may retain personal and transactional data as required by law (e.g., tax, fraud-prevention, or bookkeeping obligations).
4.4 Gift cards or store credits linked to a closed account may be forfeited unless required otherwise by law.
5. Notice of Closure
5.1 We will provide reasonable notice before closing an account, unless immediate action is required in cases of fraud, abuse, or legal obligations.
5.2 Notices will be sent to the Customer’s registered email address or other contact details on file.
6. Limitation of Liability
eCigs-Direct shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss of data, forfeited loyalty points, or inability to access order history following account closure, except where required by applicable law.
